6. Game “Secret Box”

Game "Secret Box"

"The Secret Box" is a light but very deep psychological and emotional bonding game. Before starting, the host will prepare a closed box and give each member three small pieces of paper. On each piece of paper, each person will take turns writing three contents: one thing that makes them feel stressed or tired in their recent work or life; one thing that makes them feel happy or grateful; and one thing they want to send or tell their colleagues or the group. All of these pieces of paper will then be folded and put into the secret box. The atmosphere in the room is usually very quiet and focused, because everyone wants to be honest with themselves and with their teammates. The host will take turns drawing each piece of paper and reading the content aloud to the whole group. The writer can choose to claim it as their own to share more or keep their identity secret.

When listening to these very real confessions, everyone in the room will feel sympathy, understanding and sometimes surprise because of the emotional aspects that few people have shared before. This game helps to release psychological pressure and negative emotions in a subtle way, creating opportunities for everyone to encourage, comfort and get closer to each other. It is also a way for the group to realize that everyone is tired and worried at times, but it is understanding each other that will ease psychological tension and create a strong bond.

7. Game "Solidarity Paper Tower"

This is a highly challenging game that requires coordination and creativity. The organizer divides the members into teams of four to six people and gives each team a stack of A4 paper, a roll of tape, and a pair of scissors. In 20 minutes, the team must discuss, come up with ideas, and coordinate to build the tallest paper tower possible. It sounds simple, but when they start working, they will realize how complicated and prone to failure it is. The tower will tilt and collapse at any time without good coordination and a reasonable strategy. During the construction process, everyone must clearly divide tasks, listen to each other's opinions, and encourage each other when problems arise.

The moments when the tower collapses or ideas fail will make the whole team laugh, reducing the stress and fatigue inherent in work. In the end, whether the tower is high or not, what remains is team spirit, patience and the ability to overcome pressure together. This is not just a game but also a meaningful lesson about teamwork and supporting each other in all situations.

8. Game "Group Troubleshooting"

Game "Collective Troubleshooting"

"Group Untangling" is a simple but very interesting and funny game. The whole group will stand in a large circle, then everyone raises their hands and closes their eyes. Each person uses two hands to hold the hands of any two people in the circle (note not to hold the hands of the person standing right next to them). When they open their eyes, in front of everyone will be a tangled, tangled "tangle" of hands. The task of the whole group is to think together, discuss and gently move to slowly untangle and return to a neat circle, while still holding hands and absolutely not letting go. This is the time to test the patience, calmness and coordination of the whole group.

There will be bursts of laughter when everyone has to squeeze through each other, bend down, stand up and deal with the "mess" before them. Although sometimes it is a bit tiring, the moment when everyone finds a way to solve it together, encourages and supports each other is the most precious thing. When successfully solving the problem, the burst of emotions will make everyone feel closer, feel lighter and understand that, in work as well as in life, no matter how complicated the situation is, it will be resolved if there is solidarity and patience to accompany each other.

9. Game "Emotional Relay Ball"

This is a special game that helps people release negative emotions and psychology and increase their ability to listen and understand each other. The members will be divided into two opposite rows. The first person in row A will hold a ball and share their true feelings at that moment, for example: “I am feeling a little stressed because of the project deadline” or “I feel happy to work with everyone”. After speaking, this person passes the ball to the person standing opposite in row B. The person receiving the ball not only listens but also responds with a sharing, empathizing or encouraging sentence, for example: “Let’s try together!” or “I understand how you feel, you will do well!” Then, the person receiving the ball will also share his feelings before passing the ball to the next person.

The game will continue and can gradually increase in speed, making the atmosphere more lively and cheerful. The interesting thing is that when people hear the small but very real confidences of colleagues, they will feel closer and understand each other better. The tiredness and stress of work will also be shared, helping the spirit to be more comfortable after stressful working hours. This is a simple game, easy to organize but brings great effectiveness in creating emotional connection in the group.

10. Game "Journey of overcoming challenges"

Game "Journey to overcome challenges"

This game simulates the journey of overcoming difficulties at work together, by designing many small challenge stations for the whole team. Each station will be a different task, requiring thinking, movement, coordination, patience and team spirit. This is not just a game, but also a psychological challenge, when each member has to face their own limits and unexpected situations that can cause stress. For example, at the first station, one member will be blindfolded and the whole team must guide that person through an obstacle using only words — testing the ability to listen and trust each other under psychological pressure. At the second station, the team may have to put together a picture from separate pieces in a limited time, which can easily create a feeling of fatigue and confusion if not calm. The next station might be a challenge to stack water glasses without using your hands, supported only by a string, making coordination and teamwork even more important in overcoming short-term stress. Each challenge brings laughter, excitement, and sometimes moments of fatigue and pressure, but all are aimed at helping the team learn to encourage, support, empathize, and trust each other.

At the end of the journey, everyone will sit together to share their feelings and thoughts, thereby drawing lessons not only about skills but also about understanding team psychology in stressful times. This is also the time when each member realizes that when tired or facing difficulties, they always have a team by their side. The game not only helps everyone exercise and release stress after hours of desk work but is also an opportunity to release positive and negative emotions, dispel psychological pressure and strengthen bonds in daily work.
